Financing & Payments
We accept the following methods of payment at our practice:
- Cash
- Check
- Debit card
- Credit card
- CareCredit
Payment is due at the time of service. However, we can make arrangements for payment deadline to be extended if needed. If your payment becomes 45 days past due, we will apply a monthly service charge of 1.5% on any unpaid balance; this will accumulate until the balance is paid in full.
Insurance
As a patient, it will be your responsibility to determine if our practice is in-network with your insurance policy. As a courtesy, we will file claims to your insurance provider on your behalf.
You are responsible for any remaining balance owed after your insurance plan pays its portion.
